Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Laith Candles. Each candle is quality checked before it is dispatched to you. We pack all items with care ensuring it reaches you in the same condition it is sent in. In very rare cases should your item arrive damaged please contact us via the contact form on this website or on info@laithcandles.com with your order number.


If you purchased a candle directly from our website, and are not 100% satisfied with the product, we are happy to issue a full refund of the product value. Simply return the candle to us (within 30 days) and we will arrange a refund via the initial payment method. We do not refund delivery costs. Candles must be received by us within 30 days. You must cover postage costs back to Laith Candles HQ
